It looks like you have configured FishEye to authenticate it's users against Crowd, but Crowd does not seem to be accessible.
I am not sure, it is possible that the log message is a red herring. I would suggest ensuring that you are using the correct username/password, then starting FishEye with debug logging enabled to troubleshoot more.

I haven't installed Crowd on this system. Is there any other reason why I get this error?
