We’re excited to share that Confluence Data Center 10.2, our next Long Term Support (LTS) release, is now available. If you manage complex systems that require infrequent upgrades with careful planning, we recommend upgrading to Confluence 10.2 LTS.

ℹ️ Why choose a Long Term Support release?

Upgrading to a Long Term Support release provides you with continued access to critical security, stability, data integrity, and performance fixes. Being on the latest version enables you to move quickly when a high-impact bug fix, or security fix is backported. Each Long Term Support release is supported for two years before reaching its end of life. More about LTS releases

What’s new in Confluence 10.

The Confluence team continues to raise the high bar we’ve set for quality, stability, security, and scalability.

Confluence 10.2 LTS includes all enhancements and features introduced since our previous LTS release, Confluence 9.2. This release brings notable improvements for all users, including enhanced security, better scalability, powerful features to accelerate team productivity, and improvements to the admin experience.

Planning your upgrade

⚠️ As a reminder, Confluence 8.5 LTS will reach its end-of-support (EOS) on 15 December 2025. If you haven’t already, plan your upgrade now.

To benefit from the latest security, scalability, and productivity improvements, we encourage you to move to Confluence 10.2 as soon as possible. We’ll continue to assist if you encounter issues upgrading from your EOS version to a supported version.e
