Directory does not allow adding of users

Hello guys!

I've just installed Crowd V5.1 on Kubernetes and I'm facing this issue right now, when creating a default admin user:

The instance is connected to external postgres db, using the JDBC driver. Issue persists when using integrated DB (the evaluation one).

Also, the permission fixer went fine, without errors and the ownership of the crowd directory is set to crowd user

The same issue for version 4.2

Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
