Feature request: Exclusion filters

Question

When filtering the component catalog, a common scenario we find is wanting to list all but one of some criteria. For example, all component types except libraries:

Currently the only way to do this seems to be to individually select all other options ... which is tedious.

Would it be possible to either:

* Allow filters to be either inclusive or exclusive, or
* Provide Select All functionality (then requiring only one deselection), or
* In the specific case of component types, at least only present the subset of component types actually used in the catalog for selection

Thanks Brant, I can search Compass suggestions from there, but I don't see a way to submit them?
