Feature request: Exclusion filters

When filtering the component catalog, a common scenario we find is wanting to list all but one of some criteria. For example, all component types except libraries:

Currently the only way to do this seems to be to individually select all other options ... which is tedious.

Would it be possible to either:

1. Allow filters to be either inclusive or exclusive, or
2. Provide Select All functionality (then requiring only one deselection), or
3. In the specific case of component types, at least only present the subset of component types actually used in the catalog for selection

Thanks Brant, I can search Compass suggestions from there, but I don't see a way to submit them?
