Not Earning Points? What to do?

First things first, Awesome work on the Kudos program, really fun and engaging!

I always wonder: what could we do in case we complete tasks or attend to ACEs but points or badges not showing as earned in our count?

Maybe it would be a good idea to have a user in charge of each mission?

When you have completed some badge / kudos-related thing and waited a reasonable amount of time for it to appear, consider posting to ask about it on the Forums bug report thread.  What you are observing could be from a one-off situation or a larger-impacting thing, so checking that page and the status pages for the community sites may help before posting.

Regarding what is a reasonable amount of time, some things appear to be automagically detected  quickly while others have some latency.  I suggest waiting at least 1-2 weekdays for things to appear...and perhaps longer if you have a bunch of accounts linked together for your primary community account.

Ohhh @Bill Sheboy Thx a lot!!!

This makes sense, since I have two accounts linked to the same profile, and sometimes it takes longer to see things as done.

 I'll keep those links just in case!
