elastic bamboo agent capabilities modification using bamboo-capabilities.properties

Is there a way to configure the elastic agent to use the bamboo-capabilities.properties file to list its capabilities?

I see as I tail the logs after starting the agent using the /opt/bamboo-elastic-agent/bin/bamboo-elastic-agent script, that it tries to pick up the bamboo-capabilities.properties file which it does not find. Is there a location where I need to create this file? Please advise.
