Is there possibility to link git commiter in bamboo with AD user?

Bamboo has AD users via Crowd

There is plan that build git repository code - but git commiters aren't recognised as AD users - as result AD users aren't received emails from bamboo

I expect to find the similar mechanism as fisheye contains:

AD User can define association to git commiter via "Author mapping" in profile (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Changing+your+user+profile)

Is there something instead to link repo commiter and AD user in bamboo?

Hello Alex,

I think yes, there is such thing. It's called 'Source Repository Aliases' and should be manageable under Bamboo user's profile page (http://bamboo:8085/profile/editProfile.action). Or under Administration->User Management if you have admin privileges on your instance.
