Bamboo does not have a “free forever for personal use” cloud-style tier. Bamboo is a paid product, and Atlassian’s current pricing is based on Data Center subscription tiers rather than an always-free personal plan. If you only need CI/CD for a side project, it may be worth comparing the cost with other options before committing. If your question is specifically about a trial, Atlassian does offer trials, but not a permanent individual free license for Bamboo.
