How can i make my Bamboo agent running as a windows service build jobs faster?

Hi All 

I have a bamboo agent running as a windows service that builds jobs with about 2-4 script task, but  every time before it starts a tasks it get stuck on 

 LOG TRANSMISSION RESUMED 

And the build ends up taking more than 40min.

please help
