Difference in running an application locally and running it using Bamboo.

I have a .Net application, which uses Alchemy Catalyst COM APIs to create ttks. When I run this application using Bamboo, some of the APIS does not work properly. I don’t get exception but I don’t get expected result. It works fine when run locally on the computer.

Catalyst also provides command line commands (ezScript). If I run the command locally using command prompt, it works fine. If same command (a copy paste)  ran using Bamboo - inline script, the results are different.

The bamboo service is running with the credentials, which has administrative rights.

I also tried to run it using a batch file, but no luck. In the batch file, I also tried to change my working directory and the result is same.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!
