Hello.
I am using bamboo data center 9.2.11.
I experienced slowdown and OOME(Out of Memory Error) during use.
While searching, I found the link (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-25807?src=confmacro). Surprisingly, this article matched my symptoms. So i followed the suggested workaround: changing the 4 jar files in /atlassian-bamboo/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins, and i restarted Bamboo.
However, memory continues to increase little by little thereafter. What should I do to resolve the issue? Is there no way other than Bamboo version upgrade?
Hi 김태욱,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
There could be various underlying factors contributing to the gradual increase in memory utilization. Without analyzing the heap dump, we cannot definitively confirm whether this is directly related to the AntiSamy package mentioned in ticket BAM-25807.
Since you're using Bamboo 9.2.11, have you already followed the steps outlined in Workaround 3? If you still experience performance issues after implementing the workaround, we recommend raising a support ticket for further investigation, as a detailed analysis—including gathering heap dumps—will be necessary to pinpoint the cause.
