Build Dependencies and triggered deployments

I have build plan A and Build Plan B.  Build plan B is a Child of build plan A. Both plans have Deployment Jobs. Does anyone know how the Triggering of build job works for parent and child. 

Ideally i would like to Build Plan A ->build Plan B -> Trigger Deployment of Plan B -> Trigger deployment of Plan A (waiting for completion of Deployment B)....
