Bamboo deploy to AWS putting the build in queue indefinitely issue

Hi 

For the frist time after successful deploys,  when promoting/ deploying a new build (artefact) from bamboo to AWS ec2 instance, the deploy gets stuck with status in queue

Any help appreciated.
