MCP tool invocations now in audit logs

For improved transparency and compliance, we’re now logging MCP tool invocations in your organization’s audit logs. This means you can track when and how MCP tools are used, helping you monitor activity and meet your organization’s security requirements.

What’s included:

  • Each invocation of an MCP tool is now recorded in the audit log.

  • You can review these events in Atlassian Administration under your organization’s audit logs.

How to get started:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration and select your organization.

  2. Navigate to Insights > Audit log.

  3. Filter for “Rovo MCP User Actions” to see tool invocation events.

  4. Click on an event for details about the tool used, the action taken, and the user involved.
