Delegate access to Atlassian notifications?

Is it possible to delegate access to your notifications only? For example, let's say one employee wants to delegate access to a colleague so they can manage their Atlassian notifications for them but they do not want to give complete access to their Atlassian account to the colleague. Is there any way to do this without giving complete access?

The short answer is no, this is not something that can be done without giving the user full access to the other user's account.
