License move

Can i put licenses on my WS and moved it to another WS,

how can i do it?

You don't tell us which atlassian application or what a WS is. (World Service, William Shatner and Wall Street are the first three I thought of)

Most Atlassian apps will let you move between servers, as long as you get a new licence generated from the new server-id, and delete the old installation. But I'm not sure that's the question.
