Is it possible to show issues without parent on the same level w the rest of the items in the plan?

I have a plan containing:

- initiative (containing multiple epics, each containing multiple stories)

- epic (containing multiple stories)

- initiative (containing multiple epics, each containing multiple stories)

- story

Is it possible to view them ordered by Rank without viewing issues without parent in the bottom of the plan?

Did you try to exclude issues without parent from the filter (issue source)?
