I created shared teams, and I see the Team on my issues, but how can I filter or show these teams on my views and reports? Is team reporting only available within Portfolio?

Just to confirm, you want to search for Shared Teams so these can be added to dashboards or boards?
Shared Teams will show up in a field called "Teams" in issue searches - it shows as a custom field so will have a [cf xxxx] number - but should contain all those you've added in shared teams in Portfolio.
Enhance your issue searches to include the teams you want to view and add these to your views :)
