My team has more than 20 scrum teams and working for different projects. These teams are further grouped into 3 teams with 3 managers. Each of the manager is creating Portfolio plan their respective teams. Now, I need to combine all of their works and be able to get the story points per team or per product. I've tried combining their plans into a program but story points is no longer showing up. What is the best way to do this?
