Unable to commit the item's team and members/issue assignee!

Hi, Today I get a "Unable to commit the item's team and members / issue assignee" warning when I try to commit an assignee change to portfolio.

the "Commit Option", in configuration, is set to On.

On Any suggestions? I have not found any documentation regarding this warning.

I am also having the same warning coming up but cannot find any documentation either. Does anyone have anymore info on this?

I am having the same issue for only one member of a shared team. All other members take the commits fine.
