How do you use JQL to pull Team rosters (from portfolio)? Is there a way to do this?

Lets say I have a Team in Portfoio named "ABC" with users User_1, User_2, User_3. Is it possible to pull that information into Confluence WIKI using JQL or anything along those lines? Is it even possible?

I am looking for something that would have an output that looks similiar to this:

Team ABC:

User_1

User_2

User_3
