After upgrade to version 3.29.8, roadmap fields are inaccessible.

We upgraded Jira server to version 8.13.12 and Advanced Roadmaps to version 3.29.8. After this upgrade, our built-in filters are resulting in an error that roadmap fields could not be found.

Is there an extra step we are missing?
