I'm looking for a solution that when transitioning a jira from 'In Testing' > 'Ready For Release', this sends a comms notice into a 'Releases' Slack channel detailing the Jira and the Git PR(s) to be merged to Live.

I already have working automated rules that send the Slack message on the back of the transition from 'In Testing' > 'Ready For Release', but just cannot get this notification to include the relevant PR details...

I tried to include <{{pullRequest.url}}>, but as the trigger isn't a 'DevOps' trigger, this doesn't work (although if it did, this would solve my problem)

For some more background of our process:

PR's are merged into our Staging environment in git, and this updates a Jira issue to Ready for Testing (RFT)

Once our QA team complete their activities, they update the Jira to 'Ready For Release' in which the appropriate Dev owner then merged the code via Git. But they currently have to go into the Jira (from the existing release comms), and find the PR and open this link

I basically want to remove those last steps so the Dev Owner has all the information in 1 comms and can simply click 1 link and be taken to the PR in Git, but without introducing any more manual steps...
