How can i edit this form?

I have a service project for the feedback of the clients. When i change some status to resolved, i have to do a form and i want to edit this form. (I can't edit it in the window of forms).

Hi, @max  👋

To edit a form in Jira Work Management:

1. Select Forms from the project view navigation.

2. Choose the form you’d like to edit.

3. Customize the title of the form by selecting the title.

4. Drag the fields to be in the order you’d like for your form.

5. Select the type at the top-left of your form to choose the type of work that your form collects. This will change the type of work item that’s created when that form is submitted to your project.

6. Customize the text in the field by selecting a field label.

7. Select Preview to see a preview of how your form will look.

8. Your form is now ready to edit, share, or use.
