Upgrade from 5 to 15 users to Jira Service Desk.

Good Morning. I would like to upgrade from 5 to 15 users to Jira Service Desk. The only solution I see is to buy a license for 10 officers (understanding that the current five are preserved ) . How could acquire 10 officers in the most economical way possible ?

No, you can't "add" 10 users.  Buying a new licence for 10 users and applying that to your system will give you 10 users in there, not 15.

You have a licence for 5 users now, you need to upgrade that to 15 users - you should be able to do that in your my.Atlassian account (it will take account of what you've paid for the 5)
