Hello! I'm a BA/PM in IT in the Healthcare industry. There are so many types of Jira and certifications that I don't know where to go. I've been using Jira for years and got the Fundamentals Badge as one of my goals last year.
We appear to be using Service Jira.
Does anyone have any advice to someone working in Agile who would like to use Jira for reporting and frequently performs admin tasks as to which certification/s may be best?
Thank you!!
@Kirsten Hess
Welcome and hope I can provide some insight here. If you are in the university please see the service management trainings and certs.

If you are using Service Management and want to dive more these would be the different trainings that can help.
Please let me know if this is helpful for you?
Thank you! If I'm using a web interface, am I using the "Cloud" I don't know how to tell the difference between all of the options and I haven't found a one pager that explains everything.
I already have the fundamentals certificate.
I do not appear to be using the Cloud based on this: "The easiest way to see if you are on Jira Cloud or Server is to look at the menu, if the main menu for Jira is on the left side with you avatar at the bottom you are on Jira Cloud."
Would the 2nd link not be worthwhile then?
Thank you again!

Can you send me a screenshot of your jira? That side bar reference seems to be a little out dated to me.
My Jira profile is on the right top side of my window and jira navigation bar.
If you are on premise or Data Center version it is similar but the graphics look different a little.
