I started answering questions, then participating in discussions, ending up as a Community Leader because I could not stop. I loved helping people. I did not know them apart from their issues, I slowly got to know them over time, sometimes it was a quick answer and goodbye, other time (the ones that are more memorable) are the answers that turn into discussions or the triaging of an issue slows down and you get glimpses into how people use their tools and how they prefer to work.
