Well, not quite "f1rst!" as I started a technical discussion earlier today.
What can I say to introduce myself? I'm a Dev (well, technically, am 'architetc') and I run a small Devops team for a certain Australian airline.
We use JIRA, and have used Jira for years. At other jobs I've used other Atlassian products like Confluence, Team City, Clover, etc. We've migrated recently to the bleeding edge of the cloud Jira. It's been quite a shock how much functionality I'm used to has disappeared!
Honestly haven't been into Jira for a few years as I've been in the GitHub space and also here at work we are using Gitlab and the Gitlab Ci/CD along with its issue system which I really love. But, with my added middle management responsibilities has come a greater appreciation for my customers' needs and my customers love to manage their issues in JIRA. So there's that.
