Hi Admin/Support team,
Hope someone can help. I have been trying to login to my Trello account for the past 5 days. I have clicked numerous time to resend Verification email but I still don’t receive any email , hence I can not access my Trello account for almost 1 week
I have followed the support page guide to whitelist the domain name and a number of email addresses. And yet , I still unable to see any verification email.
Van the admin/support team to help to unblock my email address? Or check what’s going km with my account? Thank you 🙏

I have come to no choice then I posted my request here. To open a support ticket, it prompted me to login first. And then same thing again, I can not login , I didn’t receive verification email.

There is no way to open a new ticket. I tried every options, it led me to “ask community”. Can anyone advise ? Thanks

Hi @EKhuen Chris Tan are you using free version of Trello?
If yes, then I would suggest that you create a new instance with Trello premium as a trial, open the support ticket for that instance and reference to your old explaining that you cannot open the support ticket with free license (which is true)
