How to change your name on trello if it won't allow you to do so?

Hi! I've been trying to change my name on trello but it won't allow me too. It doesn't let me change the access either (to change it to only me). Please help me figure out how to solve this problem. My name is in english by the way. 

To be more clear, It wont let me change the name at all and won't let me change the view of it either. Also it won't let me change my profile picture (pfp).

I just came across your post, did you manage to update your details? If not, have a look at this similar post here. 

Your Trello account is accessed and managed using your Atlassian account. So, to change the details you use with Trello, you will need change the details in your Atlassian Account.
