How many workspaces can I use with a free account? I can't see where to add another workspace.

I have a free Trello account and would like to make more workspaces to the one I have. I don't see where I can make more workspaces?

Can you tell me how to do that? 

Or can I only have one Workspace with a free account?

There are no limits to how many workspaces you can have... The Crate new Workspace button recently moved position in Trello to be in the Top-right menu now:
