I need to send out a reservation form for individuals to fill out when booking a stay with us. I would like to add a card to a list and have SendBoard automatically email the individual with a Blue Cat form link or attachment for them to fill out. Once filled out it would create a new card in a different list. I have created the SendBoard account, the form in Blue Cat but I can't figure out how to get the automated email to allow me to attach the form. Any ideas? TIA
Not the answer I was hoping for but I appreciate you both responding!
Hi folks, sorry but we don't have anything like that at the moment.

Christi, is there is a way for blue cat forms to pull in the info set up on the trello card TO the form I set up (ie., dates of an event) and then update the other information when the recipient fills it out?

Christl from SendBoard here 👋
I'd suggest setting up a saved reply with the your Blue Cat Form link. You can then set up an automation rule to send the email (saved rely) based on your trigger/button. Once the form is filled out and submitted a new card will be created on your board with the details.
Nifty thing about Blue Cat Forms is that custom fields are populated form the form responses. This can then be used by the SendBoard Power-Up (for example the email address can be used to automatically assign a contact to the card).
