Problem with photo and video attachments. When you press the attachment button in the Trello (ios) application, the window does not open, can you fix this bug or give advice on how to fix it

It seems you are running into a known issue regarding photo library attachments in iPad. We are currently tracking the issue in the bug report here: TRELLO-915.
Can you please let me know if you're facing the same behavior? If so the workaround for now is to please use a browser to access Trello and attach documents. Alternatively, you can upload attachments from other devices, such as mobile phones or desktops.

I would also encourage you to visit that bug, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel.
