The features of this form are :
1. Allows you to collect multiple order line details
2. Create a card and through Trello automation create the order line details as a checklist
- The custom fields matches those on the board and it is dynamically generate on the app.
3. Uploads images to the same card created in (2)
Update (Apr 18) : app can run inside a card section via a custom power up
Update (Apr 19) : delete or add more line items (see picture below)
Update (Apr 21) : add label, member and move to list now possible
