What is the best way to quickly (hours) learn the basics of JIRA and Confluence as a normal user?

Hi,

I've been re-structured from a company team that didn't use Atlassian products at all to a team that uses JIRA and Confluence.  I know nothing.  I am going to be a normal user contributing to projects and keeping track of my own priorities (I will NOT be an admin).

If the time I have to spend is hours not days, and everybody around me is too busy to teach me (and doesn't really get how I think anyway), what is the best way to learn the user basics of JIRA and Confluence?
