Next-gen board rule suggestion: Email me when an issue moved to the DONE stage which labeled X

Hi guys, 

When I saw the "Manage rules" modals in the next-gen board, I said, "wow, there is a new way to design rules for stage activities!" But sadly, there is not. 

My main suggestion is to be able to define custom rules for next-gen board rules. 

And the specific one; 

I add some label like "CRITICAL", "NOTIFY"... etc. If the issue has "CRITICAL", the product owner should test in the prod environment. In eq: If it's "NOTIFY", the product owner should announce to customers about the issue/ feature. So, I need a flow like that "Email XX person when the issue has been done which has YY label."
