Next-Gen Issue 'Description' writing/editing help?

Why does the toolbar on the top of the description not stick and scroll with the whole page whilst you are editing a description? Each time you want to add an image or add some formatting you currently have to scroll to the top of the page unless you have remembered the keyboard shortcuts? (adding an image does not appear to have a keyboard shortcut)

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Although the new Markdown editor is a good improvement for the new issue view in Jira, it currently gets fixed, so it’s necessary to scroll up and down when the description is too long.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• As a user, I want the CK-editor in the issue description field to float when I scroll the content in description area, So that I can format content easily without having to scroll to the top all the time.
