Team Calendar. Can the dropdown menu be customized?

We would like the "Event Type" dropdown menu in the Team Calendar plugin to be customizable ie Add and delete the type of events that users can select. Is this currently possible?

By the way, what types of events are you thinking of adding / removing and why?
