i am unable to login to atlasssian

i am unable to login to atlassian account eventhough i have given correct username and password. it is showing me something went wrong while validating credentials.

Could you please provide the error snapshot with accessing URL?

Did you have an Atlassian account? if so, then it should allow you to login or reset the password.

If not then first sign up or create an account and then try to log in.
