Checking the sites linked to your email address, I can see that one of them is currently deactivated.
Since community is public, I won’t share the entire name of the site, but I will share some details to help you identify the one that is deactivated:
In this case, since the site is deactivated, the main billing contact needs to contact our customer advocates on support.atlassian.com/contact. On “What can we help you with?” select “Billing, payments and pricing”.
