Hello, we have a customer who uses Atlassian Access with AD sync to provide product Access to Confluence and Jira.

What happens if they exceed the limit of paid Atlassian access user tier?
Will the exceeding user be prohibited to get product access? Or will the whole user provisioning via access will be blocked like it happens in crowd (on premise) when you exceeded the user tier?

Thank you for your help!

BR Adrian

Hello @adrian.voigt ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Yes, you would not be able to add more users - so what we recommend in that case is either move some of your managed users to your non-billable policy or upgrade to the next user tier.

Thanks!
