Unable to start Atlassian Access trial with GSuite

Hi there,

I enabled the GSuite integration for our organization and saw there is a useful setting "Enforce Google login for your users", and the setting required Atlassian Access subscription.

When I tried to start our 30-day Atlassian Access trial, the process blocked me and showed the error message "Last name required". I followed the instruction and opened my profile page, then I could not find any field named "Last name" but "Full name".

How do I solve the issue and continue the process?

I have the same Problem. Is there a solution these Days? I can't start the Trial also ...

Navigate to 

https://admin.atlassian.com/atlassian-access

and select the ORG where you need to start the trial

Otherwise raise an Atlassian support ticket 🙂

I opened https://admin.atlassian.com/atlassian-access and selected the org, then the error still occurred.

I will open a ticket for further support, thanks to your prompt response!!
