Unable to send invite

I receive an error message that "We are unable to send invites because one or more accounts you invited are disabled. Remove these accounts from you invite and try again"

 

It is now not findable in Admin but when I go to invite the user it says I can't because the account was de-activated.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When this error appears, it means that the Org administrator where the email domain was verified, deactivated the account, and only they can reactivate the account.

With this said, you need to reach out to the Org administrator so they can reactivate the account that you need to invite.

If you don’t know who the admin is, from Jira, you can click on Cog icon > Contact your Jira admin and add the details of your request so all site administrators will receive a notification.

I am having this same problem but I can't do the suggested fix.  I am the Org Administrator of the account and we have no managed domains in the "Directory" section.  The user in question is using an outside domain on their email that I cannot manage the DNS for anyway.

I cannot view this user at all in any of the Admin screens, but I am also unable to invite them again.  Each time I try I get the same error as the OP.  Please help

Hi David,

 

If this is still an issue for you, can you please create a support ticket with us so that we can investigate further? Just include the email of the person you wish to invite in the ticket. 

It is possible that the domain in the user's email has been claimed by an org that you are not a part of. In such cases, that user will need to contact an admin of that org in order to have their account reactivated.
