Unable to change the first & Surname in of a user in Opsgenie

Hi,

I have removed and re-added a user in Opsgenie, but the account still shows as FirstLast. However, the email address appears correct.

Is there a bug, has it been cached or any other setting I have missed?

I don't have this issue with any other account.
