Unable to change my profile 'E-Mail' to an already existing 'E-Mail'

Hello Community

I would like to change the 'E-Mail' of an account which I have created for my enterprise work. After leaving this company I would like to merge this enterprise account with my private account but it isn't possible.

Can you please explain how this could be done?

Hi @Rolf Lader 

It isn't possible to merge Atlassian account right now - see ID-240 . However it is possible to perform a swap of Atlassian account following this guide
