Transfer Jira and Confluence to new Atlassian organization

We have been using Jira and Confluence but we did not create any organization, Now we have purchased Atlassian access and it requires creating an organization.

We have done to create new organization but we cannot move our existing product into the organization.

How we move our existing product into the Atlassian organization.

There is an option to move your products to a different organisation from admin.atlassian.com, from the Settings page:

The option has been unavailable for a while because of changes that were happening in the background, so I'm not entirely sure if it is fully operational again.
