When I click on Manage Account - I get this text " You have no managed users. Your organization does not have any verified domains. Complete the domain verification process to manage accounts in this organization".

I cant perform step 2 in the instruction - any idea how to act?

  1. From your organization at  admin.atlassian.com, select Directory and then Managed accounts.
  2. Find the user's account, perhaps using the available filters, and click Edit account.
  3. Choose Options > Exclude from two-step verification.

Hi Marie,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
As per your description, you are following the steps of this documentation. To temporary exclude users, it's necessary to be an org admin, verify the domain and subscribe to Atlassian Access, so those steps won't work because your domain is not verified.
If you need to disable two-step for your account, you can do this directly on your profile on id.atlassian.com.
You can find the steps on the documentation below:
- Disable two-step verification
Following those steps it will only work for your account, other users must to that themselves to disable two-step verification.

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
