Org Admin Left Company - need to remove them and reassign Org Admin Status

Our org admin recently left the company. We do not have access to his account. How do we reassign Org Admin status and remove his account?

The reason you need to contact them is that Admin is the highest position in the workflow of jira, it is protected from agents
