I am trying to get Attlassian Access trial setup and the process fails at domain verification. TXT does not work and we do not have SSL setup. What is the next step to get Trial version of Atlassian access.
hi @Dave Meyer
Do Atlassian apps trial versions have SEN# or can you provide a quote on those without SEN#. I installed Cucumber on my Jira CLoud trial and I cannot see that SEN# for Cucumber is assigned.
Thanks.
@Rohini Kumar you can contact our purchasing team for a quote https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

@Rohini Kumar we don't provide a public SEN for individual apps, as far as I know. You should see one SEN for your entire site (foo.atlassian.net) on my.atlassian.com

Hi @Rohini Kumar ,
I recommend contacting Atlassian support and we can help diagnose issues with domain verification. It's not necessary to verify a domain to start an Atlassian Access trial itself (you can do it from https://admin.atlassian.com/atlassian-access if you haven't already) but most features require a domain to be verified.

Hi @Dave
So the reason I am trying for a trial version is to get a SEN#. the SEN# is needed by the Atlassian reseller to provide a quote. Can I get a SEN# without domain verification.
Thanks.

Hi @Rohini Kumar ,
If you have started a trial for Atlassian Access, the SEN number should be visible to you in my.atlassian.com. The reason we don't provide a quote for an annual subscription until after you've verified a domain is that your Access billable user count is based on the number of users on your domain. So until you've verified your domain, you (or Atlassian or the partner) won't know how many users to quote you for.
