How to completely remove a site from the organization

on the page https://admin.atlassian.com/ from the Organization section
I want to delete the site.

using this instruction I managed to cancel the subscription and transfer it to the archive, but the site record is still present.

This issue has already been raised, but the recommendations are the same - a link to the instructions above.

Currently, it's not possible to remove the Cloud instance from the Organization.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

* Ability to unlink a site from an Atlassian Access Organization
